Baby Shower Gift..... unknown giver

At our shower in August we received a Frog Pod and faucet cover. There wasn't a name on the gift and no one claimed the gift at the shower. If anyone knows who gave it to us please let me know. I'd really like to send a thank you note. Thanks!
