Elizabeth's room.....so far

The glider and ottoman are my favorite new additions. It is the most comfortable rocking chair ever! At night I've been reading to Elizabeth which I read at this point she can hear my voice. So I figure why not let her know how I sound now so she will be used to be when she meets the world.
In the third picture you will notice a tv on the wall. Yes a tv. Tyler and I have decided that I will be the one up at night with Elizabeth since I'll be breastfeeding and he has to go to work early. So we figured that I should have a tv with a dvd player that I can watch during the night. And she can watch DVDs on it as she grows older. Another cool part is I can play disney and lullaby music during the night from our Dish Network.
We have purchase all of the furniture we can possibly put in the room. I'm so glad we decided to buy the armoire! I didn't realize how much space I would need to hang clothes.
Finally the closet. I'm one of the luckiest expecting Mommies in the world. I have 2 beautiful nieces and a wonderful sister who saved all of their baby clothes and took really good care of them! Elissa basically gave me 6 bins of clothes size newborn to 6 months. I have so many gowns, onesies, dresses, pants, socks, shoes, and hats that I had to buy 200 hangers. The closet is full as well as the armoire. Then Tyler did a wonderful thing and built shelves which we put baskets on to separate the socks, hats, pants, and shoes. I'm totally ready to dress Elizabeth Lynn!
We have decided to use Kauai Nights bedding in sage and light peach paint. I think the combination will look sweet and innocent.
