Positive

Tyler and I met in February 2006. We were engaged by May 2006 and married October 28, 2006. We celebrated our 1st anniversary in Ireland which was extremely fun. Tyler has become the "Positive" in my life. On January 16, 2008 we received our first positive test. I'm extremely excited!!!! It was confirmed by the doctor on Friday......the same day I had planned on telling my parents. I gave them a cute crib frame with the letters BABY hanging from the mobile. They were very surprised and happy.

I'm 6 weeks along and feeling great. Tyler decided to purchase a scale, which I promised myself I'd never have in the house. Now I'm glad it is here because I can weigh myself at the end of each month making sure I'm eating the right amount of calories. (Yes I'm a control freak) I've been tired usually beginning around 4pm and in bed by 10pm. The first few days I was very nauseous feeling but I think I've figured out how to stop that. I now eat every 2 hours (which I'm actually hungry every 2 hrs) from the time I get up till an hour before I go to bed. I'm trying to eat healthy which is what I'm actually craving. I can feel small pinches every now and then. At first I was worried then realized that they mean the baby is growing.

I took a picure today because I was curious if I had a small bump. I think I do but I'm not exactly sure. And I can't wait to be able to wear maternity clothes.
